Cycle Utah — This supported bike tour visits the national parks of southwestern Utah — Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and Cedar Breaks. 280 miles of cycling in 6 days. Presented by non-profit Adventure Cycling Association. Dates: June 8-14, 2013.
The Legacy Annual Great Bike Ride Across Utah will offer seven days of bicycling over eight day, starting in Blanding and ending in Springdale on the west side of Zion National Park. Dates: Aug. 31 to Sept. 7, 2013.
Wild Country – Utah — This van-supported bike tour is for mountain bikers who love the red rock country. Presented by Adventure Cycling Association. Dates: Sept. 25 – Oct. 2, 2013.

The Big Event — A fund-raiser for Bikes for Kids Utah, which gives away 1,000 bikes to 3rd graders. Three options — 5K, 50K, 100K. Based in Murray, Utah. Date: summer
Vermont Inn-to-Inn — Nearly 300 miles through the spectacular fall scenery of Vermont on this self-contained bike tour presented by Adventure Cycling Association. Dates: Oct.5-11, 2013.
Blue Ridge Bliss — A supported bicycle tour through Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia and North Carolina. Camping. Covers 287 miles; starts and ends in Roanoke, Virginia. Fully supported. Non-profit Adventure Cycling Association. Dates: June 1-7, 2013.
Tour de Chesapeake – The official bike ride is Saturday, featuring four different loop options for 19 to 86 miles of bicycling out of Mathews, Virginia. Entertainment and events Friday through Sunday, including a couple of unsupported rides on Sunday. In its 15th year, the event is now hosted by the County of Mathews. Dates: May 17. 18, 19, 2013.
Bike Virginia — This year’s bike tour heads into historic towns of eastern Virginia with stops in the communities of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, James City County, Williamsburg, and Jamestown. Reservations open Dec. 1, 2013. Dates: June 20-25, 2014.
Intro to Touring – Virginia — This ride includes a couple of days of “classroom” instruction followed by 188 miles of bicycle touring with gear in the historic Williamsburg area. Presented by Adventure Cycling Association. Dates: June 23-28, 2013
C&O Canal/Great Allegheny Passage — This ride using historic canal towpath route along the Potomac and an abandoned railroad line to Pittsburg. Starts in Arlington, Virgina. Dates: Sept. 28-Oct. 5, 2013.
Northern Neck River Ride is a two-day ride that makes several routes available to bicycle riders between the Potomac and Rappahannock rivers. Based at Kilmarnock, Virginia. Dates: Sept. 27-28, 2013.
