This sounds odd, but Lance Armstrong says he won't appear at the 2006 Tour de France, even though he'll be in France. The 7 time Tour de France winner says he won't appear along the route, even though he's an advisor to the Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team. Lance Armstrong has been voted the top sports personality for the year in Spain.
Give yourself a break from sappy Christmas reruns on TV Thursday night. Pour yourself a pastis and enjoy two Lance Armstrong specials on the Travel Channel (Dec. 22).
Apparently there's a Lance Armstrong movie in the works at Sony and Columbia Pictures. They're looking for stories from everyday people who were inspired by Armstrong's life.
"Lance is a friend of Bush. And because of that he's considered guilty by association.
