The US Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall of 105,000 Husky Securelock Vertical Bike Hooks that are used in conjunction with the Husky Trackwall storage system. The items were sold exclusively at Home Depot from April 2011 until March 2015.

The CPSC has received 22 reports of bike hooks separating from the Trackwall system, causing damage to bikes or vehicles or both. No injuries have been reported.

The bike hook component is a black, 3 by 3.5 inch metal plate that attaches to the trackwall. There are no markings on the hook; the trackwall carries a Husky label.

Consumers can return the bike hooks to a Home Depot for a full refund.

See the CPSC notice for more information.
