Tour de Lab — Sept. 1, 2019 Choose your bike loop: The Puppy (18 miles) visits 3 Portland pubs, the Big Dog (30 miles) visits 4 pubs. Presented by Good Sport Promotions in cooperation with Lucky Labrador Brewing Co.
Vineyard Tour Bike Ride — Sept. 1, 2019 Starting at River Forks Park in Roseburg, routes range from 15, 30, 50, 75, to 100 miles following the Umpqua River valley wine region. Coincides with Great Umpqua Outdoor Days. Presented by Umpqua Velo Club.
Recumbent Retreat — Sept. 6-8, 2019 Three days of riding from Fort Stevens (Oregon) State Park; camping and potluck meals
Cycle Oregon –– Sept. 7-14, 2019 The bike tour visits a different part of the state every year. In 2019, the loop tour starts and ends in Rainbow, with overnights in Tumalo, La Pine, Crater Lake, Diamond Lake, Dorena Lake, and Oakridge. About 430 to 485 miles, depending on options. Check Cycle Oregon website, as early reservations for 2,200 spots are recommended.
Columbia Century Challenge — Sept. 12, 2020 A 100-mile bike ride through rural Columbia County. Starts and ends in Clatskanie.
Bike Classic – Oregon — A charity bike ride around Eugene. Benefits Arthritis Foundation. Dates: 2019 TBA
Ride the Rogue — Sept. 26, 2020 The ride benefits the Rogue River Recreational Corridor and Greenway. Four options — 100, 62, 40 and 20 miles. Other activities that day at the Palmerton Park in Rogue River. Organizers say adjustments are underway to ensure the health of participants during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Harvest Century — Sept. 22, 2019 The annual ride features options of 100, 75, and 45 miles and a 3-mile family fun ride to support people with developmental disabilities. Starts at Friendship Plaza in the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hillsboro. (Map below)
